The Kabbalistic Order of the Rose+Cross was founded in Paris in 1888. The Marquis Stanislas de Guaita was the first Grand Master. This mysterious Order is one of the rare Orders of that time which succeeded in preserving the secrets of its Initiatic rituals.  Its members honored its traditional structure, and the serious importance of its formation. This attitude of respect enabled the Kabbalistic Order of the Rose+Cross  to survive down the centuries to our modern era without corruption. KORC is a balanced heritage which includes aspects of the philosophies of Martinism, the Rose+Cross, Kabbalah and Hermetism. It is an international structure, representing individuals from all over the world. The KORC is not just a philosophical or symbolic school. From its inception, its primary aim has been to teach and initiate Beings of Desire: men and women who have a fervent desire to progress along the path of the Great Work.
